With our White Glove Delivery option, you can expect the high quality of customer service. We want you to come away satisfied with your experience, and will do everything that we can to make it a pleasant one! Our White Glove Delivery option offers a number of benefits, including:
- Your power wheelchair will be shipped to a trained service technician in your area
- Our technician will thoroughly inspect the wheelchair to ensure that it is functioning properly
- A delivery date will be made according to your schedule; after all, your convenience is important to us
- Our technician will hand-deliver your new power wheelchair, unpack it, set it up, and provide you with instruction on how to use it
Our White Glove Delivery full-service experience will help put your mind at ease on delivery day. Put simply, you don't have to worry – we'll take care of everything!
Cost of Service
Perhaps best of all, our White Glove Delivery service is included with all power wheelchair purchases and lease options. If you purchase a new power wheelchair or sign up for one of our lease plans, this service will be included in your cost. Customer satisfaction is important to us and hand-delivering your new wheelchair is the least that we can do!
Note: White Glove Delivery may add up to 7-10 days to the total delivery time of your item. If you live in a remote area with few service technicians, it may take longer.
